Changes will be made to train ticket sales procedures during the Spring Festival transport rush, from January 23 to March 3.

During this time, ticket refunds for individual travelers should be completed six hours before the scheduled departure time.

The deadline for group ticket refunds is no later than 48 hours before departure.

Ticket changes will only be allowed before departure time, and the limit for deferring a trip will be no more than three days.

Tickets will not be eligible for refunds once they have been changed.
