Rainstorms to Hit Parts of North, Northeast China
Heavy rain and rainstorms have been forecast to hit some areas in north and northeast China from Sunday night to Monday, according to a report from the Central Meteorological Station.

These areas include central and eastern Hebei Province, Beijing, Tianjin, southeastern part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, central Shanxi Province and western Liaoning Province.

Some parts of the areas will also see severe rainstorms, short-time thunderstorms or hailstones.

The rainfall is expected to ease drought in the aforementioned areas, but the Central Meteorological Station warns of possible disasters in some parts of these areas.
