Elephant tusks confiscated in Philippines

An employee from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau (DENR-PAWB) arranges the 1,300 confiscated elephant tusks in the office in Quezon City, the Philippines, Sept. 28, 2012.
