Citizens rush to fish in overflowing Luohe River

Luohe River, running through Luoyang City, Henan province, was overflowing on Oct. 8, 2012. A large amount of fish were accumulated when the river passed through the Rubber Dam in Lilou village, which attracted hundreds of villagers to catch fish.[CRI Online]
