View of the esplanade of Montevideo as a wave hits the road under strong winds that affect the south of Uruguay, in Montevideo, on 23 October 2012. Uruguayan authorities extended to four regions of the country a red alert warning, the highest, due to a cyclone that has caused one death so far. [CFP]
