Vehicles move slowly on the snow-covered road in Jilin City, capital of northeast China’s Jilin Province, Nov. 16, 2012. Heavy snow hit Jilin again on Friday after previous three-day snowfall from Nov. 12 to 14, disturbing the local traffic. Temperature of the city has dropped to minus 6 degrees Celsius. [CFP]
