Vehicles move slowly in heavy fog in Shijiazhuang, capital of north China's Hebei Province, Feb. 16. Dense fog hit Shijiazhuang Saturday, and Shijiazhuang Meteorological Station issued an orange alert on dense fog late on Saturday, predicting that the visibility in the eastern part of the city would be less than 200 meters.
