Snowstorm sweeps across China's Jiangsu

Motorcyclists move slowly on a snow-covered road in Nantong, east China's Jiangsu Province, Feb. 19.  A snowstorm hit Jiangsu province early on Tuesday and local meteorological bureau has issued a blue alert for the snowfall. [Xinhua]
