Spring snow blankets N China's Taiyuan

A cold front hit Taiyuan, capital of north China's Shanxi Province on April 19, 2013, bringing heavy snow and sharp drop in temperatures. According to the local meteorological bureau, the city recorded a maximum temperature of 31 degrees Celsius last week while the minimum temperature has dropped to six degrees Celsius today.
