Torrential rains hit Xi'an, capital of northwest China's Shaanxi Province on May 28. The city was swamped with up to 23 millimeters of rain. Severe waterlogging and bad condition of roads caused traffic jams all over the city on Tuesday morning. [Photo/Chinanews.com]
