Massive landslide hits SW China city

A rain-triggered landslide hit Dujiangyan City in the southwestern province of Sichuan yesterday, leaving 12 people dead. The landslide happened at around 10:30a.m. in the village of Sanxi in the city of Dujiangyan, flattening 11 homes. Rainstorms have been battering the city since Monday evening.
