Swollen Heilongjiang River triggers floods in NE China

The aerial photo taken on Aug. 26, 2013 shows a protection dike built with sandbags along the Tongjiang-Fuyuan river section of the Heilong River in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. The Heilong River has swelled since mid-August, with some sections of its middle and lower reaches seeing their worst floods in history. [Photo/Xinhua]
