A destructive hailstorm with some hailstones as big as one-yuan coin hit Taizhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, on Wednesday. Moreover, most parts of the city were also slammed by gales, lightning and torrential rains. This storm has caused at least 20 car accidents, and assessment of the damage and losses caused by the disaster is under way.
