Torrential rains lashed Meitan County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, on Tuesday, triggering landslides and severe floods, the worst in 21 years. Over 28,000 people were affected. Houses in low-lying areas were damaged and roads were destroyed. [Photo/CNS]
