Super Typhoon Soudelor, the 13th typhoon to hit China this year, has dumped heavy rain in Fujian Province, leaving at least 1.04 million people affected. The city of Fuding experienced the heaviest downpour of over 501 mm. In Fuzhou, capital city of Fujian, much of the downtown area was waterlogged.
