'Ice fall' hangs outside residental building in NE China

A cascade of ice, about 20 meters high, hangs outside a residential building in the city of Changchun in northeast China's Jilin Province on Jan. 19. 2016. Snow storms have recently swept across Jilin Province due to the impacts of a "super cold front". According to local meteorological agency, temperatures in the province are expected to plummet to minus 36 degrees Celsius. [Photo/Chinanews.com]
