Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing met here Friday with his
African counterparts ahead of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on
China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
The African diplomats included Foreign Ministers of Morocco,
Tanzania, Lesotho, Zambia, Cape Verde and Vice Foreign Minister of
Libya.
The ministers are here for the Third Ministerial Conference of
the FOCAC.
The two-day Summit will open Saturday morning. Leaders of China
and 48 African countries which have diplomatic relations with China
will attend the summit.
