China Starts Construction of AIDS Treatment Center

China has started to build an HIV/AIDS treatment center in Yunnan. The center will house 200 patients, develop medicine and offer consultation services and training programs for medical staff. 
 
The center will house 200 patients, develop medicine to treat the disease and offer consultation services and training programs for medical staff.

HIV-infected people, AIDS patients as well as high-risk AIDS groups will receive antiviral treatment, as well as consultations on AIDS and counseling from the center.
