The Russian delegation arrived in Beijing Monday morning as the first foreign delegation to attend the fourth-round six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue, which resumes Tuesday.

 

The Russian delegation is headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alexeyev.
