Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong on Friday praised the governments
of Hong Kong and Macao and the business circles for their efforts
in promoting local economic development.
The government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
has won a wide recognition of the local society with its
administrative concept of serving the people, Zeng said when
meeting with Donald Tsang Yam-kuen, chief executive of the HKSAR at
the Boao Forum for Asia on Friday.
"Macao has been keeping a good momentum of development since its

further efforts for Macao's long-term development," he said when
meeting with Edmund Ho Hau Wah, chief executive of the Macao SAR
also in Boao on Friday.
He also acclaimed the business circles of Hong Kong and Macao
for their contribution to the economic development of the mainland

He said he wishes them to strengthen the economic exchanges and
cooperation with the mainland to realize a win-win development.
