Recently, a delegation jointly organized by the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone and the USTC Silicon Valley visited Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman in the United Arab Emirates to promote business ties.

The delegation visited eight enterprises and institutions and held three conferences to promote investment. They reached cooperation consensus with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce UAE on the construction of the Hefei-Middle East Business Port and signed a memorandum of cooperation.

During their visit to Nasdaq Dubai, 7D Vision Technology Co., Ltd. and two other companies in the delegation intending to enter the Middle East capital market learned about investment opportunities in the region.

At an investment promotion conference, delegation members introduced the zone's cutting-edge work on artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, quantum information, life and health, advanced photovoltaic, new energy storage, space information, and related fields, helping to pave a way for further bilateral cooperation on funds and industries.

In order to learn more about local conditions, the delegation visited Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Dubai, DMCC and Nasdaq Dubai, Shandong Provincial Government Representative Office in West Asia and Africa, Sulaiman Al Naqbi Advocates & Legal Consultant, Ajman China Mall, and China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone.
