Businesses are set to move into iFlytek Town this September, marking a milestone in the Grand Union of Innovation's construction plan introduced in 2022. The project aims to establish iFlytek Town as an eco-friendly community blending residential and industrial sectors, complete with modern amenities such as educational resources, healthcare facilities, leisure options, and creative spaces.

Anchoring its development on a park-centric approach, iFlytek Town leverages the natural terrain and environment to design buildings that not only cater to functional needs like office spaces but also connect with green areas, promoting cultural activities and enhancing environmental aesthetics.

Currently, the town boasts a rich diversity of tree species and floral arrangements.
