The seventh World Voice Expo and Global 1024 Developer Festival 2024 will take place in Hefei, capital city of Anhui province, from Oct. 24 to 27.
Focusing on intelligent connection of all things and unlocking productivity, the event aims to integrate technological and industrial innovations, and promote the innovative applications of artificial intelligence (AI). Activities will include an opening ceremony, industry exchanges, sub-venues, an AI product innovation exhibition, and an AI developer competition, all aiming at enhancing the influence of Anhui province's AI industry.
A highlight of the event will be the unveiling of the latest version of iFlytek Spark large model, which boasts upgraded foundational capabilities in mathematics, long texts, and coding, while maintaining a leading position in both Chinese and English comprehensive abilities. This model significantly improves training and inference efficiency.
Furthermore, a multilingual cognitive large model will be introduced for the first time, offering a new option for global users. Additionally, multimodal visual interaction and ultra-humanoid virtual interaction capabilities will be presented, providing advanced human-computer interaction experiences designed for the intelligent connection of all things.
Notably, the AI product innovation exhibition will feature enterprises from the China Voice Valley, promoting their products and services through the AI industrial ecosystem exhibition.
China Voice Valley, a national-level smart voice and AI industrial base established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Anhui Provincial Government, has successfully developed over 2,000 software and hardware products since its inception in August 2012. They include more than 100 original major equipment and software. Products in smart offices and smart healthcare now account for 70% of the domestic market share, and the smart voice open platform has attracted over 7 million development teams, connecting with more than 5 million partners.
In addition to the professional sessions, the expo will be open to the public. The exhibition area will span approximately 20,000 square meters, featuring eight themed halls encompassing science, industry, industrial application, education, ecology, partnership, and art, showcasing nearly 200 projects. It will provide visitors with an engaging AI cultural and creative experience.
