The 15th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, also known as Airshow China, was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, from Nov. 12 to 17. A number of enterprises from the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone participated in the show, with several products making their debut.

ZeroG Aircraft Industry unveiled its multi-rotor electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft. Named "Magpie Fly" (Quefei in Chinese), the independently developed model offers a comprehensive upgrade in safety, stability, and riding comfort. It has a light weight and cozy interior, real-time ground to air intercom, and smart functions, providing personalized flight experience to passengers.

AIRSAT Technology Group published its latest images taken by AIRSAT-01 and AIRSAT-02 satellites. The two satellites belong to the AIRSAT constellation, which was successfully launched into orbit on Sept. 25. After commercial operation begins, the constellation will serve emerging industries such as agriculture, natural resources, emergency and disaster prevention, smart water conservancy, and digital cities, providing users with time-efficient and high-performance spatio-temporal information services.

Sun Create Electronics introduced the "low altitude snow bright" system and its core products at the show. Based on the city's infrastructure, the system is expected to construct a three-dimensional protection network combining ground and low altitude networks. It aims to put forward solutions to long-standing problems in the industry, such as target detection, traceability verification, disposal and protection, and popularization and application.

Highlights include multi-type propeller products exhibited by Anhui Xihe Aviation Technology. These independently products comprehensively showcased the high-quality development of the propeller field with new technologies, new products, and new breakthroughs.

In recent years, the Hefei high-tech zone has made great efforts to promote the aerospace industry and relevant industrial chains. It has focused on three subdivisions: satellite manufacturing, satellite launch and operation, satellite application, while expanding the development of deep space and low altitude flights.

At present, the zone is home to more than 120 enterprises in the aerospace industry, and designated as one of the most popular industrial parks for commercial aerospace sector in the country. It led and participated in the launches of Chaohu-1, Mozi, Hefei High-tech No.1 and other satellites, and has fostered several constellation projects like AIRSAT constellation.
