The zone plans to support international talents by accelerating the development of international talent communities. These communities will be anchored around sci-tech innovation parks, incubators, and R&D platforms. The zone will also establish talent stations and create a special service team to assist international residents. Additionally, global talent online recruitment fairs and innovation competitions will be organized regularly to engage with talent from around the world.
The zone will also promote joint initiatives with leading enterprises, foreign-invested businesses, and overseas Chinese-funded firms. These efforts aim to guide international talents to integrate into local communities and participate in governance, making the zone a more attractive destination for skilled professionals.

Linxi community leverages the zone's rich resources in scientific innovation and its concentration of talent to implement the community construction project. The goal is to create a high-level, international-standard talent community that will further attract skilled professionals to the zone.
As of now, the Hefei National High-Tech Industry Development Zone employs over 550,000 individuals, including more than 7,200 high-level professionals. International professionals, including foreign nationals and returned overseas Chinese, make up 10% of the talent pool. Additionally, more than 400 returned overseas Chinese have started businesses within the zone.
