据新华社4月17日援引中国商务部发言人姚坚的话报导，欧盟（EU, European Union）对中国铜版纸（Chinese coated paper）进行反补贴立案调查（anti-subsidy investigation），中国政府对此表示严重关切，并表示可能采取措施抵御调查带来的负面影响。

       姚坚指出，两个月前，欧盟已经对中国铜版纸发起反倾销调查（anti-dumping investigation），并在反倾销调查中采取歧视性的、不公正的“替代国”做法，另一方面在未承认中国市场经济地位的情况下又对中国产品启动反补贴调查。这构成了对中国产品的双重歧视，也违反了世贸组织规则（WTO rules）。

       姚坚表示，欧盟对华启动反补贴调查，是向外界发出的一个错误的贸易保护主义（trade protectionism）信号。近年来，中欧经贸关系总体呈健康发展态势，双方互为重要贸易伙伴。中方认为，双方应当从维护和稳定国际贸易环境的目标出发，遵循发展、平等、互利的方针，通过磋商合作妥善处理经贸摩擦（trade disputes），照顾彼此关注，实现互利共赢。中方将按照世贸组织规则密切关注案件进展（closely follow this issue），并保留采取进一步措施的权利（reserves its right to take necessary measures）。请看新华社报道：

China is disappointed the European Union (EU) has decided to launch an anti-subsidy investigation into imported Chinese coated paper, Ministry of Commerce (MOC) spokesman Yao Jian said Saturday.

"China will closely follow this issue and reserves its right to take necessary measures in accordance with WTO rules," Yao said.

He said the coated paper probe is the EU's first anti-subsidy investigation into Chinese products.

The EU launched an anti-dumping investigation on Chinese coated paper two months ago, he said.
