睡觉时开灯引情绪低落 |
Sleeping in anything other than a completely dark room could lead to depression, research suggests, the Telegraph reports. Neuroscientists at Ohio State University in the US believe that even having a dim light on -- such as a night light often used in a child's room -- adversely affects the chemical balance and structure of the brain. Such a light appears to interfere with secretion of the hormone melatonin, which helps let the body know it is night time.
英国《每日电讯报》消息,研究表明,睡觉时如果房间不是完全黑暗会导致情绪低落。美国俄亥俄州立大学的神经科学家认为睡觉时即使只亮着一盏很暗的灯,就像很多孩子房间里的夜灯一样,都会打破大脑中的化学平衡和结构。这是因为灯会干扰大脑中的黑激素,而黑激素传递信号让身体知道什么时候是夜晚。
