| If the distance between toll stations is shorter than the standard limit, the illegal ones should be demolished. |
| The Ministry of Transportation, the National Development and Reform Commission and 3 other government departments said that illegal and unreasonable fees charged by toll roads will be eliminated and no new profit-oriented toll roads will be constructed between June 20, 2011 and May 31, 2012, Xinhua reported. |
新华社消息，交通运输部、国家发改委等五部门下发通知，6月20日至明年5月31日，将开展收费公路违规及不合理收费专项清理，其间禁止新增经营性普通公路。 |
| Charging fees should be stopping immediately if the government construction loans of the toll roads have been repaid; toll stations should be canceled if their charging-fees time has exceeded the limit. If the distance between toll stations is shorter than the standard limit, the illegal ones should also be demolished. |
对已还清建设贷款的政府还贷收费公路要立即停止收费；收费期满的公路收费项目，要坚决撤销，并取消间距不符合规定的收费站（点）。 |

If the toll roads charge relatively high fees, earning too much profit, their charging fees standards should be lowered by the related departments of provincial government in accordance with relevant principles.
