A top Russian astronomer predicted Monday that humanity is expected to encounter alien civilizations within the next two decades, Reuters reported.	据路透社报道，俄罗斯一位顶尖的天文学家于周一预测，人类有望在20年内接触到外星文明。
"The genesis of life is as inevitable as the formation of atoms... Life exists on other planets and we will find it within 20 years," said Andrei Finkelstein, director of the Russian Academy of Sciences' Applied Astronomy Institute, at an international forum dedicated to the search for extraterrestrial life.	在一个探寻外星生命的国际专题论坛上，俄罗斯科学院应用天文学院院长安德烈·芬克尔斯坦说：“生命的起源和原子的形成一样是不可避免的……生命也存在于其他行星上，我们20年内就能找到。”
Finkelstein said 10 percent of the known planets circling suns in the galaxy resemble Earth.
