The address, "0xL JB 3F 6C 4C 9D 3E B C F D 6B DF 0B 9D C C 0E D zF JPJK F B C N Y X JGL @mail.notes.bank - of- china.com", has been criticized for acting as a deterrent to complaints, rather than being a tool to help customers.
