Scientists from Tel Aviv University have made the seemingly too good to be true claim that eating some chocolate cake at breakfast will help with weight loss, the Daily Mail reported.
The researchers say human metabolism can better work off the extra calories throughout the rest of the day, whereas attempting to avoid desserts would create a psychological addiction to these same foods in the long run.
Thus, according to the theory, some sweets at breakfast would control the cravings.
