A 76-year-old Texas man Michael Stephen Stolz was charged with murder for shooting his 49-year-old wife Bernice Stolz and two dogs after one of the animals pooped in the house in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville late Tuesday, Reuters reported.

Bernice Stolz's body was found on the kitchen floor with a gunshot wound to the head.
