Applying for an account as a VIP member will cost you ten yuan per month. After paying that fee, one can enjoy several perks such as identity preservation, an additional host of functions and security services.

The number of followers could surpass 2000, which is the largest number for general users.

Their microblogs could also be preferentially recommended on the platform using the exclusive VIP logo.

开通会员后，关注上限可以突破目前一般用户关注2000人的数量。

会员还可以在微博平台各推荐展示列表中得到优先推荐，并享用VIP专属标识。
