This year marks the 40th anniversary of the launch of China's reform and opening-up. There are many foreign experts who have witnessed the process and made a great contribution. Professor Lord Kumar Bhattacharyya, chairman and founder of Warwick Manufacturing Group, is one such person. He has had a close personal relationship with China for over 30 years and was awarded the China Friendship Award in 2017.
