Fishing boats are stranded in the ice floating in the Bohai Sea off the coast of Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province, Feb. 1, 2012. The recent cold snap caused a drastic temperature drop in the Bohai Sea along the northern part of China, resulting in a quick build-up of sea ice.
