Tyhpoon Haikui wallops E. China

Photo taken on Aug. 11, 2012 shows inundated buildings after the wallop of Tyhpoon Haikui in Baiqiao Village of Lin'gang Town in Leping City, east China's Jiangxi Province. The typhoon have had an impact on 1.13 million people in the province and China's central authorities initiated a level-four emergency plan on Saturday in response to torrential rains and flooding caused by typhoon Haikui in Jiangxi province.
