Internet users in China have recently unleashed a torrent of criticism regarding what they described as "unnecessary luxury overpasses" which have been built at masive public expense. The Chuangye Overpass in south China's Shenzhen City features 13 elevators and 6 step ladders over its 380 meter-long structure.
