A cleaner cleans the first batch of concentrated public rental houses, Xinyue apartment community, in east China's Shanghai Municipality. In total 4,042 public rental houses are provided in this community, most of which are smaller than 60 square meters, with the rental price at 40 RMB (about 6.5 U.S. dollars) per square meter.
