Beachgoers wear face-kinis, a ski mask-type garment covering their entire mug except for eyes, nose and mouth, to prevent sunburns, along the crowded coastline of Qingdao, Shandong province, on July 3, 2013. The cautious beach lovers have taken sun protection to another level by donning the face-kini as summer heat sweeps China. The garments range in price from 15 to 20 yuan, with retired women being major buyers. The swimmers said the masks can also provide protection from jellyfish stings. [Photo/CFP]
