Water level of the Dong River rises due to continuous torrential rain, in Chengxian County of Longnan City, northwest China's Gansu Province, July 25, 2013. A torrential rain battered Chengxian County Wednesday night, causing landslips, collapses and traffic disrupted. A total of 1,060 residents have been evacuated by now.
