Flood peak arrives at Fuyuan

The Fuyuan Port is surrounded by floods in Fuyuan County, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Sept. 1, 2013. The flood peak has arrived at the Fuyuan section of Heilongjiang River. At 8 a.m. on Sunday, the water level has risen to a record high of 89.85 meters, 2.35 meters above the warning level. (Xinhua/Wang Jianwei)
