Qiu Baiquan reconstructs a teaching platform at Qingliang Primary School in Guzhen County of Bengbu City in Anhui Province. Qiu has worked at the school for more than 30 years, but he has not been made a part of their authorized staff. In addition to teaching, he also repairs electric wiring and circuits, reconstructs platforms and classrooms, and does some gardening for the school.
