Filipino mixed-race children left behind in Angeles red light district

Editor's note: The city of Angeles in the Philippines is home to one of the largest red light districts in Southeast Asia. As a Catholic country, the Philippines has banned abortion, so there are thousands of mixed-race children left behind in the city by foreigners, many of whom come to Angeles for sex tourism. Most of the children have never seen their fathers and have been living in poverty since they were born.
