A low wind speed wind farm achieves grid connection and commissions in Changxing County, east China's Zhejiang Province, Aug. 5, 2015. The investment of Bianshan low wind speed wind farm is about 218 millon yuan (35.12 USD) and the annual generation capacity is 40 gigawatt-hours after the completion of the whole project.
