CPC holds int'l dialogue on discipline and responsibility

The International Department of the Communist Party of China's Central Committee, or IDCPC, recently held the "Party and World Dialogue 2015 -- To Discipline the Party: Responsibility of the Party" on Sept. 8, 2015 in Beijing. Former Italian Prime Minister Massimo D'Alema (L1), former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd (L2), Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, or the CPPCC, and IDCPC Minister Wang Jiarui (L3), South Africa's former President Thabo Mbeki (L4) and Huang Shuxian the Minister of Supervision (L5) deliver speeches.
