At the 23rd Chinese chef festival in Changsha, central China’s Hunan Province, Xu Juyun, a master chef of Hunan cuisine, and his team made a super large dish of steamed fish head with diced chilli peppers using a bighead carp which was 1.4 meters long and weighed 51 kilograms.
