An oil tanker called "Captain Khayyam" arrives in Tripoli, Libya, on Feb. 13, 2016. An oil tanker called "Captain Khayyam" was escorted by Libyan coastal authorities to Tripoli's maritime base on Saturday after it was caught earlier in Libyan waters as its crew in an attempt to smuggle fuel.
