File photo from a giant panda research institute in Shaanxi shows a brown giant panda looking for fresh bamboo in the woods of Qinling Mountains, northwest China. The brown male giant panda named Qizai was born in 2009 and his mother was a normal one with black and white hairs. Brown giant panda is extremely rare in China as only 8 pandas of such kind were found since records began. (Xinhua/Liang Qihui)
