Polish art rediscovers its roots

Artists have taken more microcosmic perspectives after entering the 21st century. Their works focus on people's daily experiences while embracing globalization integrates them more into the world and also makes them rethink cultural traditions. The highly materialistic and globalized life today has somewhat lessened the ties that bond people to traditional culture. However the ever-changing contemporary culture also provides a lot of possibilities for young Polish designers to re-create a space for traditions. (Photo provided to China Daily)
