Obstetric intern Li Pengcheng takes a nap during a break at the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in Hefei, capital of east China's Anhui Province, June 29, 2016. Since January 1 this year, China has allowed all married couples to have two children, which has ended the "one child" policy since it was implemented in the late 1970s.
